The Indians have found an absolute match-winner in Ravindra Jadeja. From the time the Saurashtra bowler got call a up into the Test format under Mahendra Singh Dhoni, to now under current Indian captain Virat Kohli, the Indian team has witnessed a reinvigorated self of Sir Jadeja.

Despite not being adjudged Man of the Match in the Third Test of the India-Australia series, there's no hiding from the fact that it was Jadeja's contribution with both bat and ball that gave India a sniff of victory. When the whole country banked on Ravinchandran Ashwin after his heroics in Bangalore, Jadeja stepped up to the occasion when Ashwin had a bad day in the office.

On Tuesday, Kohli took to Twitter and posted a picture with the all-rounder en-route the trip to Dharmashala for the fourth Test.

Earlier in the day, Jadeja leapfrogged spin-twin Ashwin for the top spot in the latest ICC Test Rankings, after having picked up 9 wickets on a batting track in the Ranchi test along with contributing a smacking half-century.

From playing second fiddle to Ashwin, to now being the No.1 in the world, Jadeja has cemented his place in the Indian team that banks on his vital contributions. The all rounder will be hoping to carry his good run when the hosts take on Australia on Saturday in the final test.
