Former controversial India cricketer Vinod Kambli was in the news yet again after he on social microblogging site Twitter sent a series of tweets that were abusive and offensive and allegedly targeted at cricketers-turned-commentators Rameez Raja, Shoaib Akhtar and Navjot Singh Sidhu appearing on the EXTRAAA INNINGS (IPL 2015 pre innings show) that features before the LIVE match starts.
Tweets from Kambli’s handle had hit out at Sidhu for his style of commentary.
However he did apologize on twitter today (Wednesday) morning and claimed that a 'friend' had been tweeting on his behalf.
Morning friends.the tweets were not from me I apologize on behalf of my friend who had my phone and was tweeting.I fired him.sorry to all

He had deleted the offensive tweets which he apparently claimed was the handiwork of his 'friend'.

I think the most surprising part of the entire fiasco is that Vinod Kambli has friends.
