Hungary

If Hungary win they top the group.

If Hungary draw, they top the group unless Iceland beat Austria with a better goal difference.

If Hungary lose, they come second or third depending on Iceland v/s Austria result.

Portugal

If Portugal win they top the group unless Iceland beat their goal difference.

If Portugal draw they come second or third depend depending upon Iceland v/s Austria result.

If Portugal lose, they come third unless Austria beat Iceland and Portugal have a worse goal difference than Iceland which would make them fourth.

Austria

If Austria win, they will come second.

If Austria draw, they come last unless Portugal have a worse goal difference.

If Austria lose, they come last.

Iceland

If Iceland win, they top the group or come second depending upon the Hungary v/s Portugal result.

If Iceland draw, they come third if Portugal beat Hungary or Hungary beat Portugal.

If Iceland lose, they come fourth unless Hungary beat Portugal with a bigger margin than their loss.
