Update: A new report claims that Spain keeper David De Gea hasn't been sent home. Sky Sport claims that the Spanish keeper hasn’t been sent home from the country’s hotel at their Euro 2016, base on the island Ile De Re. Champions Spain are set to defend their European Championship crown.

Earlier reports suggested that De Gea had been sent home from the Euro 2016 squad  in France for his alleged role in a sex party. A witness has claimed that De Gea organised an ‘abusive, non-consensual sex party’ with prostitutes for two Spain under-21 teammates in 2012, according to court documents seen by Spanish newspaper El Diario, reported the Daily Mirror.

David De Gea and Iker Munianin have been implicated by a testimony given in the investigation of porn baron Torbe, who was jailed for numerous offences including child pornography and sexual exploitation.

The witness who is believed to have worked in Torbe’s network of prostitutes has said that she was grabbed by the arm and forced into a bedroom with another girl and two footballers.

A female witness, whose identity is being protected and is named only as TP3, was giving evidence against Torbe in which she claimed that the porn site owner was also the head of a prostitution ring

The police report reads: “The new girl and TP3 were sexually abused by the men, since if they had said no they were physically abused by both, and once finishing with the sexual desires of both footballers, they made threats that nothing that had occurred in the hotel room should ever come to light. Neither the witness nor the other girl that was in the room received anything for the physical and sexual aggressions they encountered, with Torbe taking all the earnings.”

The witness claimed that one of the footballers who abused her was Iker Munianin, who plays for Athletic Bilbao. David De Gea was believed to be Vincent Del Bosque's number 1 choice ahead of Iker Casillias and in case De Gea is not reinstated, a replacement will be called up.
