Kick Off: 8:30pm Sunday, 10th May

With Chelsea already claiming this season's title, 5th placed Liverpool are desperate to make a top four finish. They visit the Stamford Bridge to face Jose Mourinho's men. Liverpool manager, Brendan Rodgers was all praise for the London club, but insisted that they won't leave any stones unturned in their clash against Chelsea.

Liverpool, who were so close to winning the title last year, were defeated 1-0 by the Blue's after their captain, Steven Gerrard, slipped and gave the ball to Demba Ba who scored the only goal to give Chelsea all three points.

The Red's have been struggling this season and are placed 5th with 61 points, seven behind 4th placed Manchester United.

With just three matchdays to go, Liverpool will hope United to drop some points in their remaining fixtures for their chance to finish in top four.

The Red's have kept seven clean sheets out of their previous nine PL fixtures with Mignolet keeping 13 clean sheets during this season.

Mourinho still has injury woes over Diego Costa (hamstring), Ramires (illness) and Oscar (thigh), while for Rodgers, Mario Balotelli (foot) is back in contention but Mamadou Sakho (hamstring) remains out.

Jose Mourinho as Chelsea manager has coached Chelsea in 96 Premier League games at Stamford Bridge, losing just one (W75 D20 L1)

The previous PL fixture between these two sides resulted in a 2-1 win for Chelsea with Emre Can scoring for the Red's while Gary Cahill and Diego Costa netted for Chelsea. Watch the video highlights below
