London: Liverpool's entire squad will turn up together at the Professional Footballers Association awards dinner in London this weekend in order to support their teammate Luis Suarez, who has been voted as the Player of the Year by his fellow stars.

Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers has granted permission to his squad to attend the bash and support Suarez, who has scored 30 Premier League goals this season so far to take his club on top of the league table.

However, Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has told his squad that they cannot attend the awards night, where their teammate Eden Hazard had been nominated for the main prize, the Mirror reported.

Chelsea, who had taken a table at the event, will not attend the gala dinner as Mourinho wants his players in training on Monday morning as the squad's 48-hour curfew rules ahead of Wednesday's return Champions League semi-final against Atletico Madrid, the report added.

The Liverpool squad will fly to London with their wives on a private plane to see the Uruguayan international being crowned as the Player of the Year, the report added.
