Virat Kohli has had a very eventful year so far and a massively increasing fan support, especially after his performance in the Indian Premier League 2016 as the captain of Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB).
Despite a brilliant performance at individual level, Kohli lost two titles this year - ICC World T20 and IPL 9. On May 29, the next day of the loss in IPL 2016 final against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH), Kohli put up two emotional tweets, thanking his fans and those who supported him during the tournament.
Here are the tweets -
Loved the IPL journey this year. Congratulations @SunRisers.
