Brazil international striker Leandro Damiao has revealed his desire to be reunited with former Internacional teammate Oscar in Europe.

The pair's lethal two-year partnership with the Brazilian top-flight club ended in July when Oscar signed with Chelsea for a reported 25 million pounds, reports Xinhua.

"Every player dreams of going to Europe and one day it is going to happen to me," said Damiao. "He (Oscar) asks me when I plan to go but I tell him that I can't answer that.

"He is a great person and he will always have my support. I hope I can play alongside him again."

Damiao, Brazil's leading scorer at the London Olympics with six goals, has been linked with moves to Tottenham and AC Milan.

The 23-year-old has scored 24 goals from 38 appearances across all competitions for Internacional this year.
