16-year-old Indian shooter won the silver medal in the Women's 10m Air Pistol event at the Commonwealth Games 2014 in Glasgow on Saturday.
Immediately following her medal finish, Malaika Goel began to trend in India on Twitter.

Meanwhile, Abhinav Bindra has won the gold medal in the Men's 10m Air Rifle event. Bindra had earlier tweeted saying that the 2014 games would be his last Commonwealth Games.
