UEFA team of the week: Neuer loses his spot to this goal Buffon

UEFA on Saturday released the best XI from the recently concluded Champions League fixtures and have surprisingly omitted German shot stopper Manuel Neuer. He has been replaced by Juventus legend Gianluigi Buffon. 

The rest of the XI shows a balance of young talent and experience as the defensive back five consists of Alex Sandro at left back, Filipe Luis, Chiellini, Bonucci the three centre backs and Atletico stalwart Diego Godin at right back.

Dortmund's attacking midfielder Kagawa has been paired with Mbappe at midfield, while the attacking trio consists of Griezmann, Ronaldo and Dybala.  We find that players from Juventus and Atletico Madrid dominate the XI each with five and four representatives respectively.
