What a game. It was a near-commanding Punjab performance with the bat, and yet they would have felt 10-15 short at the end, they way they were going. Rajasthan fought very hard to the end, tied the match, and then took 1/1 off the first two balls of the Super Over. From there on however it was Punjab's time. Excellent bowling by Johnson barring the horrid no ball, but the keeper's alertness made sure it didn't matter in the end. Rajasthan's streak of victories is over. Man-of-the-Match is Shaun Marsh (KXIP) for his amazing 65.

Ball 3 - OUT! He's run out and the match is over? Ya. It was a slower fullish ball just outside off. Watson swung hard, missed, and was found to be outside the crease. The keeper knew it, he threw the ball at the stumps, and hit top of middle. Replays show that Watson was well out, though he dived. Rajasthan lose two wickets, the most allowed in a Super Over. Punjab win the one-over eliminator by 9 runs.
Ball 2 - Smith moves away, Johnson follows with a near-yorker. Smith plays it to mid off for one and a direct hit follows. One run. 10 needed off 4.
Ball 2 - HUGE NO BALL, and FOUR! That was a throat high no ball, and Smith got bat on to it in time. The ball flew to the third man fence like a rocket.

Ball 1 - OUT! Bowled! Perfect, perfect yorker. Just crashes right into the base of middle stump. Watson gave room to hit, then tried to play it safely. But it was too late.

Welcome to LIVE coverage of Match 18 of IPL 8 which has Rajasthan Royals facing Kings XI Punjab at Ahmedabad.
Here is the Match Preview of the game which will start at 20:00 IST.
RR are soaring with an all-win record and will be clear favourites to come out trumps against faltering KXIP.
KXIP on the other hand will have a really tough task at hand to beat Steven Smith's side, and a loss here will be a dent on their qualification chances.
George Bailey who has been in good knick for KXIP, will lament on not getting enough team support, and the skipper will have to fire tonight.
KXIP are already reeling after the loss to KKR, and there is every chance in the world that RR will do the same to them tonight.
In the previous game between the two sides, RR's James Faulkner had conjured up a superb all-round show and the Australian will be the go to man for RR, come tonight's match.
RR's six-wicket win over KXIP in that game will prove to be a psychological edge for Smith's team and it remains to be seen as to whether they can go ahead and batter KXIP once more.
Shane Watson and Ajinkya Rahane are other players to watch out for, and there is all probability that the duo may fire on all cylinders against beleagured KXIP.
RR are clear favourites to win this one and it will be a major surprise if KXIP manage to sneak off a win tonight.
