EPL Match Commentary: Manchester United v/s Arsenal: Arsenal hold United to a 1-1 draw

Hope you enjoyed this coverage. See you next week with another amazing fixture, until then goodbye and goodnight.

At Full-time it's 1-1. Tyler Blackett's own goal cancelling out Herrera's first half strike.

It's all over at the Old Trafford. Arsenal still not able to break the dead-lock of securing a win at Old Trafford, but they do scrap an equaliser. Thanks to an own goal by Tyler Blackett who's leg came between Walcott's strike. It ends all square here. Arsenal still secured at third place with 71 points and a game in hand. Manchester United are definitely finishing top four, but will look to finish third and qualify automatically for the Champions League group stage.

90+4' YELLOW CARD FOR HERRERA. The goal scorer makes a clumsy challenge on Flamini and goes into the referee's books. First booking of the evening.

90' Five minutes of added time being given. Enough time, considering the time wasted due to De gea's injury.

90' SUBSTITUTION. Arsenal making their final change. Sanchez is replaced by Flamini.

85' Arsenal go close again. A superb run of play sees Giroud get to the end of it. He takes a good first touch but his shot hits the side netting.

83' The goal being deemed as an own goal by Tyler Blackett.

82' ARSENAL HAVE THE EQUALISER!!! WALCOTT SCORES FOR ARSENAL. A solo effort by Walcott there. He receives an excellent through ball. But he does all the work to control it, get past Blackett and strike it. A bit of luck though as it takes a minor deflection of Blackett. Game on. 1-1 at Old Trafford.

75' Brilliant by Young. The England international is looking great today. He makes a superb run on the left flank, cutting through defenders and getting into the box. However, his cross is cleared by Mertesacker.

73'  DOUBLE SUBSTITUTION BY  MANCHESTER UNITED. De gea and Marcos Rojo make way for Blackett and Valdes.

71' Meanwhile, De gea not looking good and is on verge of being replaced. Will Victor Valdes finally make his United debut?

70' DOUBLE SUBSTITUTION BY ARSENAL. Wilshere and Walcott come on for Bellerin and Cazorla.

63' It's rather becoming customary to score a goal against your former teamand not celebrating. Earlier today, Wilfried Bony scored against his former club Swansea City and had a muted celebration. Frank Lampard too scored against his former side Chelsea also following a muted celebrarion.

61' So that substitution turns the game into an emotional one. Or does it? RVP to face his former side. Remember how he celebrated his goal much to the fans disappointment during his first encounter against his former club?

60' SUBSTITUTION. Falcao is done for the day. Former Arsenal man, Robin van Persie to replace him

55' Very little or rather no attacking content from the visitors. They aren't looking good at all. Just the one shot, that to off target by Sanchez as to United's ten shots.

52' Ambitious by Sanchez. Giroud flicks a header to Sanchez who tries a left footed volley. But his shot is too off target and goes sky high.

45' The players making they way back from the tunnel. Arsenal resume the proceedings, attacking from left to right.

The referee blows for Half-time. An absolute brilliant first half performance by the Red Devil's. Ander Herrera getting the lone goal from a superb first toch half-volley. Arsenal looking patchy with both their defence and offence. Lot for them to think in the 15 minutes. It's 1-0 to Manchester United at the break.

50' United still dominating play. Falcao passes a ball wide to Young on the left flank. However, his attempted cross falls for Ospina.

45' One minute of added time to be given.

38' United go close again. A through ball sees Herrera in on-side position. He is able to cut past defenders and cross a high ball to Falcao. He heads it towards goal but Ospina is rightly placed to save it.

30' ASSIST BY ASHLEY YOUNG.

30' GOOOAAAAALLLLL!!!! HARERRA BREAKS THE DEADLOCK. Brilliant play by Fellaini and Young. The Belgian passes the ball to Young on the left flank and runs into the box. Young does a couple of step overs and crosses the ball into the box. Fellaini jumps to meet it, but the ball falls fo an unmarked Ander Hererra who cooloy slots it into the net. 1-0 to the home side.

27' Clumsy there from the home side. That could have cost them. Jones and Smalling leave an attempted through ball for De gea. But there is an oncoming Giroud to pounce on it. De gea reads that and clears the ball out of danger.

20' First real chance for Arsenal. Phil Jones trips in his own half while tackling Giroud. He desperately tries to clear the ball with his head only to be ricocheted by Giroud's foot and out for a goal-kick.

15' Mata is brought down by Coquelin outside the area resulting in a free-kick. Mata steps up to take it, curling his effort but Ospina saves it.

12' Manchester United looking very strong and dominant, having 60% possession and 3 shots on target compared to none by Arsenal.

9' United go close again. A brilliant play by the home side sees Falcao get to the end of it. He rounds up the defender and almost the keeper. But Ospina gets his hands on for a corner kick.

5' United go close. Young breaks down from the left flank. He dribbles past a couple defenders before unleashing a strike just outside the box. However, its off target and won't bother Ospina.

2' Arsenal going with their Away Yellow jersey and Manchester United with their Home Red jersey.

1' We are under way at the Old Trafford for this terrific fixture. Not an easy evening for the visitors as they have failed to win a game here since 2006.

Manchester United will be desperate for a third place finish in order to automatically qualify for the Champions League group stage. United, who had a horrible season previous year, did not qualify for Europe's elite tournament. This time however, they still have a chance of qualifying for Champions League.

Liverpool's loss to Crystal Palace on Saturday, meant that The Red Devils will certainly finish top four. But that's not it. If they manage to finish fourth, they still have to play a qualification play-off for a place in Champions League group stage.

Arsenal on the other hand, are third placed with a game in hand which gives them a slight advantage in finishing third. Both teams come from a torrid form, winning just two of their previous five fixtures. While Arsenal have lost one and drawn the other two, United have have lost all their reaming three games.

Manchester United are unbeaten in seven home meetings with Arsenal (W6, D1) since their last 1-0 defeat way back in 2006.
