The truth is that India wouldn't have even come close if they didn't win the toss. Unfortunately Mahela lost the toss 4 times but still we manged to win 2 games and ran India close twice. But for India, well the only time they lost the toss they lost so badly. Congrats to them for winning the series but let's be realistic and all Indians reading this ask this from yourselves!! Would India have won batting 2nd?

Very well said, Ayaz. The selectors would, now, have to be very clear in their selection process and it is necessary to create sufficient bench strength to take over from the Fab(Glam) Four, sooner than later.

This is a well written article. We have to look at the failures of our famed middle order but more worrying factor is the lack of quality in the reserve players. After being in the international scene for so many years yuvraj is slipping than climbing,Rohit Sharma seems to be playing rashly. For the tests Badrnath must be the one to get the first chance.
