Chupke Chupke is my favourite
My favourite Hrishikesh Mukherjee film is Chupke Chupke. I have lost count of the number of times I have watched this film. I still make it a point to watch this film when it's on TV. The chemistry between Big B and Dharmendra is awesome. I think this was also the first movie in which Dharmendra played a comic role. Not the least, I also love this film for the impeccable comic timing of Om Prakash. -- Viresh Gulati. Andheri
Abhimaan is the best of Hrishida's work
I love Abhimaan of all Hrishida's works. The theme of an insecure husband, threatened by the talent of his wife has been copied many-a-times in films, but nobody could handle the subject as sensitively as him. I think Abhimaan is one of the finest films we have in the genre of marital drama. -- Lata Kolhatkar. Thane
Anand is unsurpassed
Hrishikesh Mukherjee's Anand is a masterpiece. Rajesh Khanna's stellar performance steals your heart. Anand was a milestone not only in Rajesh Khanna and Hrishida's career, but also for Indian cinema. -- Yogesh Salvi. Bandra
Never tire of watching Khubsoorat
Khubsoorat is one film I never tire of watching. It's simple, sweet and timeless. Rekha looks so innocent in this movie. The film's music was also quite pleasant. -- Vivek Desai. Chembur
Mili was tailor-made for Jaya
My favourite movie is Mili. Like Anand, the movie is weaved around a terminally-ill person, but the similarity ends here. The role of Mili was tailor-made for Jaya Bhaduri. I can't think of anybody else playing that role. -- Pradeep Kar. Ghatkopar
Never seen a movie like Golmaal
Golmaal is my all time favourite. I never get tired of watching this movie. It is hilarious, with great one liners and of course, superb performances by both Amol Palekar and Utpal Dutt. The movie also had some great music by RD Burman. -- Aparna Shukla. Malad
