I root for Chennai Super Kings, Dhoni
MS Dhoni is the coolest cricketer ever and I will be supporting Chennai Super Kings. Another reason for my support is the fact that both of us grew up in Ranchi. Who wouldn’t want to watch a match in the stadium? The real excitement lies here. I hope I get time so that I can watch a game. Otherwise it’s going to be theatres for me as they provide a wholesome celluloid experience. I hope the Kings win and I truly believe that Dhoni jab dhota hai, toh sab dhul jaata hai.

Entertainment value electrifies all
I’m not a cricket enthusiast. But due to its entertainment value, even a person like me is excited to experience IPL3. Being a Mumbaikar, I want to cheer for Mumbai Indians and I would love to go to a stadium. If I’m not able to make it, then definitely I will watch it on television. We all know there is always a terror threat looming over Mumbai and other cities, but we cannot be cowered down bythe terrorists. Inspite of all this, people will go, I will try my best to make it for the matches. I want Mumbai Indians to win the trophy.

Theatres ideal for screening
Virender Sehwag and Gautam Gambhir don’t need an introduction in the world of cricket. Delhi Daredevils have an awesome batting line-up and I’m hoping they will take the IPL3 trophy home. After a gap of one year, IPL is back to our nation, so I’m sure everyone is going to go out and watch the game. I’m sure with Youtube and theatres showing matches people won’t be missing out on any action.

KKR will try to wrest trophy
I’m supporting Kolkata Knight Riders and Mumbai Indians. I’m a big fan of SRK and Ganguly and since I’m from Mumbai and Sachin is my idol. So if it’s a KKR vs MI match, I will be happy if either of them win. Since, last two seasons weren’t great for KKR, I’m sure this year they will try to wrest the trophy, since they would like to give it their best. And of course, Ganguly’s return as captain will boost their morale.

Aamchi Mumbai deserves to win
Being a true Mumbaikar, I would like to support Mumbai Indians. Like many others, at least this year, I hope aamchi Mumbai will bag the trophy. With terror threats looming large and huge crowds expected at venues, I prefer to sit at home and watch the match on TV. The MI team has a lot of potential but wasn’t able to perform to their fullest, yet I’m hoping they will showcase their best talent and win hearts.

I’m betting on Deccan Chargers
This season, I will be cheering for Deccan Chargers and the reason is Adam Gilchrist. For me cricket is incomplete without replays so I’ll always prefer good old television to the stadium. As far as theatres are concerned, I’d surely like to experience at least one match on a large screen. I would always like to think it’s the Deccan Chargers who will win the IPL3 season, but one can never be sure. Let’s see if history repeats itself.

I’m with KKR and SRK
I’m excited about IPL3. I like Kolkata Knight Riders because of Shah Rukh Khan and my Bengal connection, Kolkata is very close to my home town. At home we switched on television whenever there was a match. Now after a long period of time all family members will sit together and watch television.I hope KKR will emerge victorious, but looking at the performance I feel DC will take the trophy.

Stadiums can be too noisy
I’m a pucca Mumbaikar, so it’s going to be Mumbai Indians for me. According to me, watching an IPL game in the stadium is not a very pleasant experience. It’s just too noisy with the crowds and blaring loudspeakers. I prefer to watch them at home on TV with comfort that stadiums cannot offer. Terror threats have nothing to do with this decision, I think the police will do a good job and venues will be secured.

Let terror threats not deter us
According to me, Delhi Daredevils and Mumbai Indians have a good chance to win IPL 3 as they have versatile teams. Viewing a match on a website like Youtube is like watching TV. I would always prefer the stadium. It gives the real feel of the game. We shouldn’t be scared and sit at home, fearing the terrorists. If we do then they will succeed in their mission. According to me, the only way to fight back is to not panic.

Watch out for Bhajji and Zaheer
People are passionate about cricket and I’m sure everybody is excited about going and watching the matches. I wouldn’t mind going to a theatre to watch a match because of the ambience and large screen. The mood will be totally charged, it will be like watching a match in the stadium, but with comfortable seats. Mumbai Indians has quality players like Tendulkar, Jayasuriya, Harbhajanand Zaheer Khan.
