Snapchat acknowledged on twitter the sudden outage of service saying some are facing trouble in using the app.

Snapchat faced a worldwide outage for at least four hours on Monday, prompting a flood of complaints on rival mobile application Twitter a day before posting its third quarterly earnings as a public company.
Snapchat acknowledged on twitter the sudden outage of service saying some are facing trouble in using the app. The sudden trouble on using the app arose around 3.30pm.
Snapchat faced problems in the message section, however already posted stories and Discover section were easily seen.
Millions of Snapchat users took to twitter in order to express their annoyance on losing Snapchat streak using hashtags SnapChatdown.
The app remained in a non-working condition for over two hours. The company was very much aware of the problem faced by its users and fixed it immediately.
Snapchat Support also took to Twitter to calm down the panicked users.
