What's Up, Dash? Looney Toons races to Android and iOS

If you ever thought that it was possible to club Temple Run and Candy Crush Saga, then you may have tried your hand at Looney Tunes Dash. The game features all our favourite characters such as Bugs Bunny, the Roadrunner and Tweety being chased by Elmur Fudd, Wile E Coyote and Sylvester.

Developed by Zynga, the team that popularised games such as Farmville and Mafia Wars – Facebook's earliest games – Looney Tunes Dash is divided into a number of levels, the first of which is 'Wabbit Season'.

Much like Temple Run, the game is a chase game, with a huge twist. Unlike Temple Run, which has you gaining points continuously and the path constantly changing,  the path is constant and you gain points after collecting something or dodging an obstacle. In addition, you are given a few goals, which if not complete, does not give you access to the next level.
As you advance the obstacles get tougher, and despite the fact that you know the path, it is still a huge issue to reach the end. However, one must admit that it is amusing to see what happens when Elmur Fudd catches Bugs or the Roadrunner is finally caught by the Coyote.
There are a few iconic Bugs dialogues, including the legendary “What's Up, Doc?”, as well as “Who turned out the lights?”, when he falls off a cliff. Elmur, in typical Elmur style, has his trademark, “OOO! I'll get you, you wabbit! Hahahaha”, while he chases Bugs.
Giving us a sense of nostalgia derived from the cartoon we watched as kids, the roadrunner and coyote are introduced in a genus-species format, with Wile E termed as Coyote: eatus-slobbius.

Currently, I'm still stuck on the roadrunner section and am yet to explore the newer levels of the game. Hopefully, it won't disappoint.
Overall, if there is any criticism, it's that the music goes off if you minimise the game on the phone and resume it after a period. If the developers fix that bug, it could be listed in the Editor's Choice.
