With the information lines still buzzing from the news of Apple’s newest iPhones, iPad, Watch etc al, it’s interesting to harken back to the company’s days of yore when Steve Jobs was at the helm.

We recently chanced upon this classic footage of an internal Apple gathering, with Jobs presenting his vision for the company going forward. Notably, this was the time Jobs had only just returned after his being unceremoniously ousted from the company he founded years earlier.

With Apple being just another popular tech company at the time--albeit a hugely successful one--Jobs believed in the fact that it could be astronomically bigger, in both profitability and popularity. Coupled with this unshakable belief, we also remember him for that unique gift of being able to articulate his thoughts using precise, weighted and undeniably impactful sentences.

Watch the video of this confidential event where he addresses a room full of Apple executives (attired in care-a-heck shorts notwithstanding), as he unveiled the seminal advertising campaign that redefined marketing--in the span of about 20 minutes--as the world knew it.
