Apple's new 'spaceship' headquarters is expected to be fully constructed in 2017.

A drone has captured new footage showing progression of Apple Campus 2 which will become Apple’s new headquarters after it is constructed. Once developed -- within a 176-acre area -- the new headquarters will have 2.8 million square feet of office space, Separate Research and development facilities, 1,00,000-square-foot fitness centre, an underground auditorium with a capacity of 1,000 seats and will be completely powered by renewable energy.
The new building was given the nickname ‘spaceship’ due to its disc-like appearance.
Apple’s new spaceship campus is located in Cupertino, California and is expected to be fully built in 2017. It is expected to cost about $5 billion and house roughly 12,000 employees.
