Videocon launches Z55 Dash smartphone for Rs 6,490

And yet another entry into the affordable smartphone market, Videocon, on Thursday, released their new smartphone, the Z55 Dash. 

The Z55 Dash packs a 1.4GHz octa-core processor with 1Gb RAM and 8GB internal storage (expandable up to 32GB). It also has a 5-inch (1280x720) display with Dragontrail X glass, 8MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP front cam. It's powered by a 2200mAh battery, has dual SIM support, and runs on Android 4.4.2. The Videocon Z55 Dash will be available in Black & White, and White & Chrome colour variants, exclusively on Flipkart for Rs 6,490.

The phone also comes preloaded with the V-Secure antivirus and the V-Safe emergency contact app.
