Until May 15, you can buy a Samsung smartphone for Rs 1 up front

Samsung has announced a number of discounts as part of its Make in India celebrations that began yesterday. The offers will continue to be available until May 15.

Among these offers is the chance to buy a Galaxy S6 or a Galaxy Note 5 for the ridiculously low price of Rs 1. Cough up a single coin at purchase and you can pay the remainder of the smartphone’s price in 10 monthly installments, with the Galaxy S6 priced at Rs 33,900, and the Galaxy Note 5 priced at Rs 42,900

There are also a few other price discounts available, as the company’s website shows, with the Galaxy A7 listed as Rs 29,900, the Galaxy A5 as Rs 24,900, and the Galaxy Grand Prime 4G as Rs 8,250. In addition, Samsung’s UHD and HD Curved TVs are available with 20 percent cashback offers, EMIs and free warranties, as well as a free Soundbar.
