Angry users took to Twitter to lash out at the social media platforms after Facebook and Instagram crashed suddenly. Facebook, which also owns Instagram, issued a statement saying "We're aware that many people are currently having trouble accessing Facebook and Instagram. We're working to get things back to normal as quickly as possible," the report added.
