Developers of the Game Surgeon Simulator released an update to their popular title, enabling gamers to cut into a Donald Trump subject with reckless abandon.

The game Surgeon Simulator isn’t really something you may have heard of, but it has built something of a cult following since its launch in 2013. Quite simply, it lets you go all Hannibal Lecter on a corpse, letting you cut into the entrails and perform ‘operations’.

Of course none of this is scientific--it’s a goofy simulator that lets you use a range of ‘tools’ to cut open your subject (axes, pliers, wrenches and the like,) all the while showing an arbitrary reading of how much blood is lost during the process which goes towards deciding whether the operation was successful or not.

The game’s creator Bossa Studios announced this update as part of the title’s anniversary release on 2 June. The premise of this particular version is to get at Donald Trump’s chest cavity in an attempt to perform a heart transplant. The player is then made to choose whether to give Donald a heart of stone or a heart of gold.

As part of the ‘toolkit’ for the surgery, players can select from items like Trump Vodka, Trump Steak and even a makeup kit (although the last item is apparently only available to Club Bossa members.)

Since this update was released on the popular online gaming service Steam, according to website Techworm 80,000 surgeries have been ‘performed’ on the Republican presidential frontrunner, though the success rate for these operates have been clocked at under 25 percent. About 10,000 players gave Trump a heart of stone while over 7,000 gave him the gold variant.

The game is available on Android, iOS and on the Steam store. It has also been adapted to the HTC Vive VR system.
