Swipe launches one of the world's lightest smartphone fablet - Swipe Konnect 5.0

Swipe, an Indian innovation centric mobile company has introduced a new series of Smartphone Fablets - The Swipe Konnect series. With a funding of 30 crore from Kalaari capital, Swipe telecommunications further leaves the audiences spoilt for choice with the introduction of Fablets (phablets).

So what is a Fablet? and what makes it different from a Tablet?

A Tablet is a mobile computer with a touch screen interface usually measuring 8.9 to 10 inches with display, circuitry and battery in a single unit. While a Fablet (Phablet) is a gadget combining the capabilities of both, a tablet and a smartphone but has a screen size of between 5 to 8 inches.

The first in the series of Swipe Konnect is the 'Swipe Konnect 5.0 Fablet', a fashionable and reasonably priced Fablet. The 5.0 weighs as light as 135 grams making it one of the lightest Fablets in the world and it has a 5'' screen making it compact and easy to fit in the hands of consumers. It is also one of the most attractive in the series with a sleek fully matte finished body.
