The new addition to Samsung's catalogue will be unveiled alongside its two other curved quantum dot monitors, the CFG70 and the CF791, which were shown at IFA 2016 in September before commercial release in the US in December. The price and release dates for the CH711 have not yet been announced.

Samsung's quantum dot technology is designed with gamers in mind, featuring 2,560 x 1,440 WQHD resolution, a curvature of 1,800R and a viewing angle of 178°. The tech company's booth at CES 2017 will invite visitors to try out the new monitors at live-streamed "interactive stations". Two further monitors will also be revealed for the first time during the event.
