Samsung’s first smartphone with 6GB RAM spotted on Geekbench

Samsung’s new smartphone, Galaxy C9 was spotted on Geekbench. The device is listed as Samsung SM-C9000 on the website and is said to sport 6GB RAM. This makes the Galaxy C9, the first smartphone by Samsung to include 6GB RAM.

In addition, the listing confirms that the device will sport a 6-inch full HD display resolution. It will be powered by a Snapdragon 652 processor and will include an internal storage of 64GB. Running Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow, it will be equipped with a 16MP rear and front facing camera. The Single-core score for the device is 1304 while the multi-core score is 4366. 

The device is expected to launch in October or November. However, we cannot be sure if these are the final specifications. A few days ago, the device was spotted on Zauba as well. It was priced at Rs Rs 17,107 and was being shipped from China to New Delhi. It revealed that the device would sport a 5.7-inch screen.
