Samsung India launches new version of My Galaxy application

Samsung India announced the launch of its new version of My Galaxy application, an entertainment hub and life-services application exclusively available to Indian users of Samsung Galaxy mobile devices.
As compared to its predecessor, the user experience in the new My Galaxy application has been significantly enhanced to provide a unique all-in- one experience to consumers, the company said in a statement.
"My Galaxy, which was unveiled last year along with Samsung Z3 smart phone, has 10 million downloads on Google Playstore so far", it said.
The new My Galaxy application features an intuitive one page design for ease of use, the company said.
"The application amplifies entertainment with videos, music and gaming. It also gives quick access to services such as cabs, movies, recharge and bill payment, food ordering, travel, hyper local deals and Samsung Care.
"It provides consumers the convenience of a single destination for all their needs with respect to services.
Users can now do away with multiple applications, reducing memory constraint and the need for many logins", it was stated.
