Now, Moto G to boast of Android 4.4 KitKat

Moto G phones in India will now be upgraded to Android 4.4 KitKat operating systems. 

"When Moto G was launched on February 5, we committed to delivering Android 4.4 KitKat within days. We’re very pleased that we could begin the actual rollout within a day!" they informed.

The upgrade will be available at no extra charge and can be accessed through following simple steps:

* Select the Settings icon in the apps menu
Select "About phone"
Select "System updates"
Select "Download". After the software is downloaded, select "Install"
After the software is installed, your phone will re-start automatically

Available from INR 12,499, the phone has been a winner with the consumers. Motorola's flagship device, the phone was sold out on Snapdeal within two hours of its launch in India.

The dual SIM Android smartphone comes with a 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400, Adreno 305 GPU, a 4.5-inch capacitive (1280 x 720 pixels) touch screen, and an edge-to-edge display. The phone comes with changeable rear panels in different colours. To know more about the gadget, click here.
