To answer queries of voters and enable them to apply for enrolment, a website has been made active under the name electionmumbaicity.org. Details of the additions and deletions carried to the voters' list is one of the features of the website.

Right from knowing the status of your application for enrolment in the voters' list to the address of the central polling station and a list of all polling stations in the district, the website has all this information.

"The website is already active and even the latest revision to the voters' list — additions and deletions — has been made part of it. Besides, you can even register your complaints with the election commission on the website. Details of every assembly and parliamentary constituency has been put up on the website. The results of the Lok Sabha and assembly elections are provided on the website and information about the electronic voting machines and frequently asked questions about EVMs have also been provided for," said an official from the state electoral department.

Mumbai suburban district collectorate has also made active electionmsd.blogspot.in. The site features electoral rolls and various kinds of forms, including one for enrolment.

District collector of Mumbai Suburban district Shekhar Channe said, "It also features aspects such as number of officers in every assembly constituency. Even search options are provided for and you can search for your name in the electoral list. The blogspot page has information on the list of polling stations and links to the election commission and also to the chief electoral officer."
