Lenovo launched their eagerly awaited Zuk Z2 smartphone today. Priced at CNY 1,799 (approximately Rs 18,400), the phone is currently only available in China.
The Zuk Z2 features a 5-inch full HD (1920x1080) display at 441 ppi with 2.5D curved glass. It has a 13MP f/2.2 rear camera with electronic image stabilisation and 960fps video capability, and a 8MP f/2.0 rear camera. The
phone packs a 64-bit 2.15GHz Snapdragon 820 processor with 4GB RAM and Adreno 530 GPU. It has 64GB of internal storage, with no expandable memory, however.
The Lenovo Zuk Z2 is powered by a 3500mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0, and USB Type-C, able to give 80 percent charge in one hour. It has wireless charging, dual SIM and 4G support, and runs Android 6.0, as well as having a U-Touch 2.0 fingerprint reader integrated into the home button.
The Zuk Z2 is available in China right now, in black and white variants, but no word yet on when the smartphone might make its appearance in India.
