Lenovo introduces Vibe K5 at Rs 6,999; features 5-inch HD display, 2GB RAM and 13MP camera

Lenovo has launched the Vibe K5 smartphone in India for a price of Rs 6,999. The device will be available through a flash sale via Amazon, starting on June 22 at 2PM. Registrations for the same begin today at 1PM. It will be available in gold, silver and grey color variants.

In terms of specifications, the smartphone features a 5-inch display with a 720x1280 pixels resolution. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 415 SoC, paired with 2GB RAM and an Adreno 405 GPU. Running Android 5.1 Lollipop, the smartphone comes equipped with an internal storage of 16GB which can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD card.

It comes equipped with a 13MP rear camera with LED flash along with a 5MP front facing camera. Connectivity features include WiFi 802.11, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS with A-GPS and microUSB. A 2750mAh battery completes the package.

The smartphone was unveiled during Mobile World Congress in February this year.
