Serial tipster Evan Blass has revealed three color variants of what could be Samsung’s next high-end smartphone. Spotted in Black Onyx, Silver Titanium and Blue Coral, the device will in fact, be called Galaxy Note7.

Though the images do not reveal a lot of information, a report by Android Police states that the Note7 maintains the squared-off corners that have been “something of a trademark” of the Note lineup, giving it a decidedly more angular look than the Galaxy S7 or S7 edge. The device is scheduled to release later this year. This would be the first time that Samsung would be jumping over a number since it first introduced its Galaxy series.

Samsung was said to be is testing two variants of the Note series, one with a curved display and the other with a regular flat screen, both of which will have Quad HD (2560x1440) resolution. However, reports indicate that both models won’t make it to the market, instead just one of them will eventually be released.

The device is expected to have a 5.8-inch display, slightly larger than the Note 5’s 5.7-inch, and a 4000mAh battery in place of the Note 5’s 3220mAh. It is being tested with both the Exynos 8890 and the Qualcomm Snapdragon 823 processor, with 6GB RAM and 32GB internal storage, though there’s no word yet on expandable memory. Similarly, no camera specs have been leaked, but we’re likely looking at a 12MP/5MP camera combo from the Galaxy S7. Most interestingly however, the phone is expected to run the upcoming Android Nougat.
