Google launches first Apple Watch app, News and Weather

Google has updated its News and Weather app for the Apple Watch.

According to the Verge, Google News & Weather offers news on the Apple Watch, but only you to read the headlines. The screen is far too small to read the entire article on the watch. 

However, the updated app does offer the ability to save the news article to Safari's Reading List by way of Force Touch. The headlines also let you scroll past to see an accompanying photo for each story.

There are plenty of other apps for news headlines on Apple's wearable like NYT Now, CNN, Circa and more to pick from.
