Google in its witty way is celebrating Wilbur Lincoln Scoville's 151st Birthday. The interactive doodle they have made to mark the award-winning pharmacologists and chemist birthday is guaranteed to make you smile.

Wilbur Scoville is known for making the Scoville Organoleptic Test. The test measures the amount of capsaicin, the very chemical responsible for the heat in peppers. The test was integral in developing the Scoville Scale, named after Wilbur Scoville.

Scoville was born on January 22, 1865, in Bridgeport Connecticut. His book 'The Art of Compounding' made the earliest mention of milk as an antidote to counter heat in peppers. Running with that concept Google's doodle designers came up with the fun idea.

Olivia Huynh and her team made an interactive fighting game. In the game, a player will have to defeat five peppers ranging from 0 Scoville heat unit to 2 million Scoville heat units. Or in layman's terms from Bell Pepper to Carolina Reaper. They get three chances per pepper. When they lose, reactions of Wilbur Scoville's cartoons are hilarious.

Happy Birthday, Wilber Scoville!
