GIGABYTE BRIX is a fully customisable mini PC unit that optimizes power consumption alongside its stellar performance.
The GIGABYTE BRIX, an ultra-compact and versatile DIY PC kit, is now available in India. The device's unique form factor makes it perfect as a discreet HTPC (Home Theatre PC) or multimedia hub, an ultra-low power PC for the family, or even an office PC.
The BRIX is small enough to sit in the palm of your hand but, in spite of its small size, it ensures a desirable combination of optimal CPU and GPU performance, peripheral connectivity options, power consumption, and price. The BRIX DIY PC kit come with a pre-installed Wi-Fi Mini PCIe module, a power adapter and cable which comply with local standards. From there, you have the liberty to configure the system to your specific need by selecting a preferred system memory and digital storage option.

The BRIX models available in India support dual display functionality. While the Intel Core i3, Core i5, and Core i7 processor based models support dual display through HDMI plus Mini Display Port Outputs, the Intel Celeron processor-based models do so via a VGA and an HDMI port. Equipped with the Intel HD 5500 graphics, the Core i3 and i5 version of the BRIX system promises to deliver up to 20% more performance than the previous generation, as well as support for 4K resolution. The BRIX also includes a mounting bracket that allows you to easily mount it behind an HDTV or monitor, so that it remains hidden away. This allows an effortless way to turn any VESA-compliant display or TV into a full-fledged PC.
The GIGABYTE BRIX GB-BXBT-2807 features an Intel Celeron N2807 Dual core processor which is capable of clocking up to 2.16 GHz. It can accommodate up to 8 GB of DDR3L RAM, and a 2.5″ SSD or HDD, and is priced at Rs 10,500.
The GB-BXi3H-5010, which supports the 5th generation Intel Core™ i3-5010U (formerly Broadwell) processor, is clocked at 2.1 GHz. It comes with an mSATA slot for up to 256GB of internal storage and an M2 slot which is occupied by the 802.11 ac Dual Band Wi-Fi & Bluetooth 4.0 card. This version is priced at Rs 23,000
The GB-BXi5H-5200 supports the 5th generation Intel Core i5-5200U processor. It features the Intel HD Graphics 5500 IGP (Integrated Intel Graphics Processor) that drives the HDMI and Mini Display Port to resolution outputs of 4096x2304p @24Hz and 3840x2160 @60Hz respectivelyIt's priced at R. 32,000
