Despite Flipkart's Big Billion Day sale taking a public bashing for website crashes, improper pricing, order cancellations and a rather uncouth apology letter from its CEOs, it seems as though the online retail company has seen more disgruntled customers yet again.

This time Flipkart is in the dock over the price of a rather regular item, a pair of flip flops. A Facebook post about a pair of flip flops of the Roadster brand has gone viral overnight.

The post shows a pair of blue flip flops that was priced at Rs 399 and had been given a special discount of 62%, making its sale price Rs 148. However, the Facebook post also shows a close-up of the same pair of flip flips, where the maximum retail price of Rs 194 printed on it is clearly visible.

The author of the post also observed that a few hours after posting the screenshots on Facebook, the "item" seemed to be out of stock and later was even taken off the virtual shelves of Flipkart.
