Audeze announced the launch of its new planar magnetic headphones in India. The company claims that the Sine headphones are the first of the new generation of on-ear planar magnetic headphones in the market.

The Audeze Sine is available online at Headphone Zone at Rs 39,990 for the Sine with a Cipher cable and Rs 34,990 for the standard audio cable version.

The Sine headphones feature Audeze's Fluxor planar magnetic technology with Fazor Elements and Uniforce Diaphragms to provide a lightweight headphone along with very low distortion and a good bass.

Audeze's Apple lightning cable is also an option for the Sine headphones. The lightning cable streams a 24-bit digital signal through a high quality DSP and DAC to offer better sound quality directly from the iPhone. The built in microphone can be used for phone calls or Skype and is SIRI compatible as well.

Weighing 230 grams, the Audeze Sine includes 80x70mm planar magnetic drivers with more than 3 times the surface area of normal on-ear headphone. It can handle a maximum power of 6W and frequency response ranges between 10Hz to 50kHz respectively.
