Have you always been interested in fitness?
I swam for 11 years of my life. Health and fitness have always been a priority for me. What I really enjoy about what Atlas is doing is we’ve developed technology to automate the chores of fitness, so we can focus on actually improving our health.

Atlas has a unique form factor, what inspired it ?
The form factor of the Atlas device was designed from user experience. The widescreen display and capacitive touch screen are important design elements of the user experience and creates a more intuitive relationship between the users and the device.

Tell me more about ghosting and the professional athletes and trainers who's data we will have to compete with ?
I can't share anything too specific yet, but imagine pacing yourself against your favorite athlete or competing against your best workout from last week.
Do you feel like Atlas can eliminate the need for a personal trainer?
Our product eliminates the tedious responsibilities of personal trainers by automatically logging your workout, analyzing your form, and predicting and suggesting weight.

Did you track your workouts before you came up with Atlas? Is that what inspired you?
Yes! It was exactly that experience that inspired me. I've tested handwritten journals, Excel spreadsheets and a multitude of apps. They all have many pros and cons, but the crux of the problem was how much effort each required. We provide a seamless and effortless experience that produces more data and actionable insight than we could have imagined.

How far are you in the production of the devices?
We are on schedule to deliver the consumer product this Winter.
Do you plan on selling exclusively through your website or will you be putting up your product on popular e-commerce websites as well?
Right now you can pre-order your Atlas device at an early bird price through our website: www.atlaswearables.com. When we’re ready to publicly launch, it will also be available on popular e-commerce websites including Amazon.

The biggest problem with innovative technology like yours is that it has a hard time reaching the international markets, how do you plan for Atlas to have a global presence?
Our design and marketing plans were developed with international markets in mind. We will be working with a couple of international partners to make sure we can help change the lives of people around the world.
