On Wednesday (July 27), Apple’s CEO Tim Cook announced that the company sold its billionth iPhone.
Not many companies can say they sold a billion of anything, this undertaking is magnified when considering that an iPhone cost about $650 (Approximately Rs 43,500) on average.
It took just over 9 years to reach this incredible milestone. Compare that to how long it took other household names and consumer goods to reach that milestone, and the achievement becomes that much more impressive.
