As Apple's big event draws near, the company's online store has officially gone down. 

According to reports by CNet, the company took its online store offline on Tuesday as it prepares to update the site with whatever new products debut at its special press event. That's some news to say the least. 

Also  for those interested, Apple's today's event takes place at Flint Performing Arts Center in Apple's hometown of Cupertino, Calif. It is one of the most anticipated event with social media users anticipating the products and the kind of deals that will be unleashed. It is one of the most awaited launches of the year.

Tech lovers, analysts, and investors have been waiting for Apple to introduce new products that CEO Tim Cook has promised for more than a year.
