According to the post on recode.net Apple.inc which launched its new iPhone 6 a month ago on September 9 is set to have its next iPad and iMac event sooner than expected.

In 2013 the iPad Air came out on Tuesday 22 October and predictions for the 6th generation of iPads had been rumored to be launched a year later, on the Tuesday of October 21 2014. Another report suggests that the much talked about new iPad and the latest range of iMacs will be revealed 5 days prior to the date originally believed to be the launch date.

The event is rumored to be held at Cupertino much like the iPhone launch on September . According to dailydot.com sources close to the matter say that along with the 6th generation of iPad, Apple Inc. will also reveal its new iPad mini and OS X Yosemite touted to be a complete visual re-vamp for Macs.

Will this event create as much buzz as the iPhone 6 one held a little less than a month back? Right from what the devices will be called to whether Apple will reveal its retina-equipped desktops and what OS X Yosemite will be like - by the looks of it there is already quite the buzz.
