After Tim Cook took over as CEO of Apple from Steve Jobs, he has promised a complete rehaul and launch of some interesting products from the Apple's domain.

Rumours around Apple's smartwarch also gained traction over a period of time and today could be the today when iWatch makes its debut at Apple's special press event.

This will be Apple's foray into wearable tech domain and going by Apple's standards, we can expect some new features and quality products. Though pioneering isn't a really strong point for Apple. Upgradation seems to be the company's mantra. 

So, as other news websites are expectantly betting, Apple needs to focus on fitness tracking and not the usual music player, tracker functions. 

According to a new report from GfK that was featured by the Telegraph, while consumers across the five countries surveyed specified different priorities when it came to uses for their smartwatch, they all said activity tracking is the most important application for a wearable device.
