Football star David Beckham is ready to move from Los Angeles to Milan and join football major AC Milan after his wife Victoria finally approved of the move.

The couple were amidst heated discussions as Victoria did not want to move the couple's three children from LA as they attend school there and are well settled while David wanted the family to move to Milan.

Finally Victoria gave Beckham her approval to leave LA Galaxy and sign for the Italian team while she has decided to remain in LA with the three kids while promising to visit regularly, reported Daily Mail.

The three children Brooklyn aged nine, Romeo aged six, and Cruz who turns four next week will continue schooling in LA and will be taken care of by their relatives when Victoria flies out to meet Beckham.

Victoria will also move her fashion design studio from London to Milan so she can work on her "dVb" clothing range while visiting David.

A friend of the fashionista said, "It was a painful decision for Victoria and there were lot of tears. She was really worried about leaving David behind in Italy. It brought back terrible memories of Madrid and all the stories about women and nightclubs."

During David's stay in Madrid between 2004 and 2007, he was constantly in news for his partying antics and alleged affairs with many women.
