Spitzer call girl Dupre in another bizarre sex suit

NEW YORK: Ashley Dupre, the former call girl cited as the reason for Eliot Spitzer's resignation as governor of New York, has been caught up in a $1.5 million suit filed by a model who has alleged that her lawyer beau left her to be with the hooker.

KT Mary Dunphy said she had caught ex-fiancé Robert Oppenheimer Jr having sex with Dupre at his Manhattan apartment while she was expecting in 2007.

The 41-year-old had a miscarriage after suffering from stress arising from her strained relationship with Oppenheimer, who served her with eviction papers.

Dunphy told the New York Daily News that she had found that Oppenheimer had been holidaying in Aruba with Dupre during that time.

But Dupre's representative denied the claim, saying, "She doesn't know anyone named Robert Oppenheimer and has never been to Aruba."

Dupre had been dubbed an 'informant' during the Eliot Spitzer prostitution scandal which saw the politician patronising a call-girl service that ultimately led him to announce his resignation.

She had spoken about the $4,300 stint that sank Spitzer's once-promising political career, describing what had happened with the governor as "strictly business".
