A primary school teacher has been allegedly killed by his son over property dispute at Radhapur in Howrah district.
HOWRAH: A primary school teacher has been allegedly killed by his son over property dispute at Radhapur in Howrah district, police said.
His body was fished out of Rupnarayanpur river near Gadiara by locals this morning.
The hands and legs were tied and the body bore sharp injury marks, the police said.
Immediately after recovery of the body, one of his sons surrendered to the police and confessed about the killing, the police said.
The teacher, 50-year-old Sheikh Mohammad Ali, who owned large tracts of land was missing since Tuesday, the police said.
