GHAZIABAD (UP): The whisking away of Rajesh Talwar, accused in the murder of his daughter Aarushi, back to his cell without permission invited the wrath of CBI Judge Sapna Mishra who asked police officials to allow the dentist meet his family members.

"Where is Rajesh Talwar?" shouted Mishra when she found the accused missing after being produced before the court for a brief moment.

As the two counsel "fought" over Talwar's custody, the judge found Talwar missing and wondered where he had been taken.

She became furious to hear that Talwar was whisked back to Dasna jail after being produced before her.

A sub-inspector of Uttar Pradesh Police had to bear the brunt of her anger when she asked him who permitted him to sent Talwar back to jail.

"I have asked you people to allow his family members to meet and not to take him to jail," she told the official, asking him to tell the jail superintendent to talk to her.

Later, Mishra allowed Talwar's family to meet him inside the jail for 30 minutes.
