Former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee was on Tuesday admitted to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) after he complained of giddiness.

NEW DELHI: Former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee was on Tuesday admitted to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) after he complained of giddiness.
Vajpayee (83) complained of drowsiness and giddiness in the morning, after which he was admitted to the hospital for observation and investigations, according to a release from the office of the former Premier.
"He is stable, conscious, with normal vital signs," it said about the condition of the senior BJP leader.
