AYODHYA: The Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) will hold a two-day grand 'Dharma Sansad' at the national capital from July 25 to rake up the Ram Sethu Samudram issue.

''We will not tolerate the damage being done to the 17 lakh year old Ram Sethu. While the central government is trying hard to protect Mughal period Taj Mahal, it is playing with the Hindu sentiments by destroying the Sethu built by Lord Ram,'' VHP joint
general secretary Champat Rai said here. He noted that the saints were unhappy with the unholy act of the UPA.

Meanwhile, VHP state media in-charge Sharad Sharma said ''A large number of saints and sages are likely to participate in the conclave at Ramlila Maidan.''

He, however, ruled out the possibilty of the construction of Ram temple issue, to be discussed at the two day meet of the saints from across India.
