Dilip Shah informed a court here on Friday that he has been warned against arguing the case in which Dawood's sister Parkar is an accused.

MUMBAI: The public prosecutor in a cheating and extortion case against gangster Dawood Ibrahim's sister Haseena Parkar has said that he was threatened by some unidentified persons.
Dilip Shah told a court here on Friday that he has been warned against arguing the case in which Parkar is an accused.
Shah told the court that the unidentified persons threatened him with dire consequences over phone on two occasions on June 12 and 14.
Principal Sessions Judge A P Bhangale directed the Mumbai Police Commissioner to provide adequate security to Shah and adjourned the matter till June 19, leaving it to him to decide whether he wants to argue the case or not.
