LUDHIANA: A group of Sikh organizations on Saturday asked the Centre and the governments of Punjab and Haryana to arrest Dera Sacha Sauda Chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh by June 18, failing which their activists would court arrest in front of the Raj Bhawan in Chandigarh on June 19.

"We want that the Centre, Punjab and Haryana governments arrest the Dera Chief by June 18 for hurting Sikh sentiments by his act. If they fail to arrest him, then we would have a court arrest in Chandigarh on June 19," Gurmat Sidhant Parcharak Sant Samaj Chief, Bhai Harnam Singh said.

This decision was taken after a marathon meeting held here in which about 35 leaders representing several Sikh organisations participated.
